ICAHA
This project initially aimed to create a Swiss-style poster for a conference but evolved into a comprehensive branding effort for the International Conference of Ancient History and Archeology (ICAHA). ICAHA is a prestigious event that explores an extensive array of historical and architectural topics from around the world. The primary goal transitioned to encompass not only the poster design but also the entire branding of the conference.
Overview
Objective
My specific goals for this project were to maintain simplicity, clarity, and minimalism in line with Swiss design, ensuring the poster effectively communicates the conference's global reach. By subtly incorporating elements from various historical periods and architectural styles, I sought to emphasize the conference's rich and diverse subject matter.
Throughout this project, I've gained valuable experience in utilizing grids effectively and embracing simplicity in design. These skills have proven essential in creating a cohesive visual identity for the International Conference of Ancient History and Architecture. Given more time, I would have extended the project to develop additional branded pieces and further refine the overall brand identity.
